They actually fixed wat someone else messed up or didn't actually work on like they said. Love this place want have to go back a hundred times, done right the first time.
HORRIBLE....... I was sold a set of tires, then the owner came out and told me they sold me the wrong tires.... He did not try and make good or get me another set, he told me I could pay the difference between what I actually paid and what he had in them. In the state of NC, if you advertise or give someone a price, you have to sell it for that price. Mind you, I had already paid for the tires. He refused to give me the tires, but offered to buy me lunch....I will never return to Haynes again!!!!!!!!
