The owner seemed more professional as well as others who worked there however, it was not enough to eradicate the terrible experience we had.

To even view a property, you must complete a background check, a credit check, a reference check, and pay $30 each.
My boyfriend and I had a very poor experience when inquiring on a property. The property manager handling our case was extremely rude and condescending. She seemed polite over the phone however upon meeting us she acted as though any question we had deserved a 'matter-of-fact' kind of answer. As well as making simple tasks such as contacting the property owner seem like an inconvenience to her. Also, she had an apparent attitude when we declined to review the lease prior to even seeing the inside of the home. When we returned to the leasing office she was exiting the building and we asked if we may speak to her more about the property, she then stormed passed us without making eye contact and spat "I'll be back". To which the secretary and owner had to make an apology on her behalf.
Been trying to view a property for two months now! Always some excuse. Thought maybe it was just me until I ran across another lady looking at a different property. She told me she had to find the owner to get the property. When she contacted the owner, hasty hadn't even contacted them to negotiate the lease options she offered!
This has to be the worst experience I've ever had with a company. You have to pay a 35$ fee before you can even see the property. Was taking to a property that had fleas with no warning whatsoever.
Crooks. Stay away. Trust me there in the business with home owner's to rip you of take your money. Beware. Crooks. Big Debbie the most crooked. 1212 w Church St a dump. No insulation. Cold as a ice cream cone. Trashy area.
And that's just to view a property, no refunds if you don't like it...
To top things off, after signing our leasing papers she shut off the light before we had even completely exited the room!
