I can't believe all the negative reviews on this place!
Worst company I’ve done business with ever. Website says 4-6 weeks windows shipped, at 7 1/2 weeks they still don’t even know if THEY have them ordered until next week when the shipment comes in. The only option they say we have is to cancel the order, obviously we want the windows or wouldn’t have waited this long. Absolutely no customer service or empathy for the inconvenience they are causing the people paying to keep them in business.
While I was never here in person I ordered from their website online and I ordered the 60-40 split acrylic sink I ordered it one day and it was at my door the next UPS ground and the packaging was impeccable I can't say anything bad about this place right now...
Bottom line, don’t trust anything listed on their website as fact. They operate how they want and you have to deal with it. Or cancel.
Horrible business!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Ordered an exterior/storm door combo. It took 2 weeks longer than I was told to arrive in their warehouse. It was damaged when it arrived so they asked if I wanted to reorder the doors. I said no and they said I'd receive my refund in 5-10 business days. It has been 11 business days and 2 months since I originally ordered and I still DO NOT have my refund! They told me I should have it by the end of the week. Something tells me that's not going to happen. This company does not care about their customers at all!!!!!
Not even worth a one-star rating. I should've looked before purchasing my new back door. FOUR workmanship issues and the company will not compensate me at all to the tune of $579.00 including shipping. IT'S ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! And this is the first ever negative review I have ever given. I have just contacted the Better Business Bureau. How are they still in business?
Buyers beware. Gave them one star because I couldn't give less. Bought sliding glass door. Leaked in first week of use! These people say caulk better. Gave them details and photos to show the door leaks near bottom center of sliding door portion. These people won't file claim with manufacturer. Has one year warranty. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE IT WHERE IT IS NOT EXPOSED TO WEATHER! The person in charge of company has a policy that he only emails people. He talks to no one. If I did that, NO ONE WOULD BUY FROM ME. LOL!!!
