I made an appointment for 9 a.m. because I work in Laurinburg, but live almost 40 minutes away. I arrive at Petsense at 8:40 a.m. and then I get a phone call at 8:55 saying that the groomer just called in sick and they would be unable to groom my dog. Okay, I get that people are sick, but the last (and first) time I was there, the groomer told me that they normally two groomers, but one of the groomers had called in sick that day. So when I go the second time, there is only one groomer and this groomer just happens to be sick this time too? Also, would it have killed them to get in touch with me sooner than 5 minutes before my appointment? Thankfully, Pet Spa in Laurinburg saved me from having to drive 40 minutes back home and then another 40 minutes to back to work!
